La ciudad de Bogotá posee unas dinámicas muy particulares dentro de ella. Sectores reconocidos de Bogotá como el parkway poseen un potencial elevado debido a su ubicación, y el elemento clave dentro de el que son los árboles y el agradable recorrido que existe en este sendero lineal.

Sin embargo algunas dinámicas que caracterizan el lugar generan caos, por la cantidad de gente que reúnen y la cantidad de usos que proponen; por lo cual se genera la necesidad de diseñar un equipamiento que equilibrara las actividades comerciales y turísticas del lugar, sin dejar nunca de lado el parque y su río.

Recognized sectors of Bogotá as the parkway have high potential due to their location, and the key element within which are the trees and the pleasant route that exists in this linear path. However, some dynamics that characterize the place generate chaos, because of the number of people they gather and the number of uses they propose; Therefore, the need is generated to design equipment that will balance the commercial and tourist activities of the place, never leaving aside the park and its river.
