En la ciudad de Milán, Italia se ubica una zona perimetral reconocida por el alto flujo de población universitaria que maneja, por el uso industrial que cada vez es mas potente en la zona y por el potencial de zonas de vivienda que existían pero que han ido perdiendo fuerza debido a su calidad y vejez. 

En convenio con Vidrio Andino, surge este concurso con el fin de restaurar, construir de cero y diseñar un planteamiento urbano de una zona especifica de Crescenzago buscando aportar a la ciudad, dando un factor plus y es la calidad térmica dentro de los nuevos proyectos a desarrollar.
